Hello! My name is Jason, and welcome to my website. Hopefully
as time passes, I'll be able to fill and expand it with more useful and no doubt, useless infomation. But anyway,
thanks for taking the time to have a look, and here goes..........
After qualifing abroad, I have returned to sunny old Blighty, PADI certificate in
barnacled glove, and like alot of new divers, I have been wondering, where can I dive, where's good to buy from,
and who can I dive with? So, I have created this website, in the vain attempt that it may be of use to
someone.
So what's next, well not much, I could have recommended a few
shops for equipment and further courses, but to be honest your better going in and having a chat, and making your own mind
up. If you email me, I will give you my personnel opinion.
Finding somebody to dive with, is always going to be a little difficult
at first, fortunately, we don't wear signs on our back stating
'Single diver looking for buddie', as most normal people would get the wrong idea. I say normal, who in their right
mind dives to 40 meters in temparatures nearly as cold as your fridge, and comes up saying wow that was fun. See, we're
not normal....!
So this is where my website comes in. I'm hoping to create
a forum of divers. So if you are short of a buddie for the next weekend or even during the week, you can hopefully
find someone to dive with.
So, you maybe wondering by now, why 'Scubado and Scamp's Too'? Well
Scubado, that speaks for itself, as we all 'do scuba' and Scamp's Too, that's for our beloved children that prevent us from
spending all our time and money on diving gear. So, if we get them into it at an early age, it's a good excuse
to get away. If you take the children, the wife will always be happy for you to go diving. And if they are too
young to dive, bring them along anyway, I take mine whenever possible, it may be a little cold at times, but it beats
sitting them infront of the television all day.
